1. Allowed
- اجازت یافتہ software maintain/build۔
- AUTO / ONLINE / OFFLINE routing — plan، entitlements، org policy؛ optional BYOK؛ offline ORQVION AI + GGUF (Settings → Advanced Local)۔
- Agent write approvals + configured sandbox (Docker jab policy kahe)۔
- Support tickets consented diagnostics — repo upload excuse نہیں۔
2. Prohibited
- License-server secrets، دوسرے customers کا data، یا آپ کی نہیں third-party keys scrape/exfiltrate۔
- Malware، unauthorized attacks، قانون شکنی۔
- Device bind، license، quota، entitlement bypass (orqvion.com یا org server)۔
- Contact/support/checkout پر unlawful content / CSAM / بغیر حقوق۔
- Seats resell، device-bound share beyond limits، public inference proxy on ORQVION entitlements۔
- AI output misrepresent جہاں disclosure لازم۔
- License server کو chat/source archive سمجھنا — metadata/entitlements only۔
3. AI output
Suggestions غلط/unsafe ho sakti hain — ship se pehle diff/test آپ۔
Online inference machine se provider APIs؛ offline local jab OFFLINE/AUTO offline route۔ Settings mode؛ enterprise restrict kar sakta hai.
4. Enforcement
Serious breach par suspend/revoke/block checkout۔ Enterprise admins stricter policy (Ask-only, BYOK/offline gates, sandbox)۔
