Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with ORQVION Online Beta (AUTO online/offline AI), this website, checkout, and the license server control plane.

  • Acceptable Use
  • EULA
  • Refund Policy
  • Return Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to ORQVION Desktop (Online Beta), the orqvion CLI, this website, PK checkout, and self-hosted license servers you point the client at.

1. Allowed use

  • Building and maintaining software you are authorised to work on.
  • Using AUTO, ONLINE, or OFFLINE routing within your plan, entitlements, and org policy — including optional BYOK and offline ORQVION AI + GGUF under Settings → Advanced Local.
  • Running the coding agent with write approvals and configured sandboxes (including Docker when policy requires it).
  • Opening support tickets with consented diagnostics — never as an excuse to upload a repository.

2. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or exfiltrate license-server operator secrets, other customers’ data, or third-party API keys you do not own.
  • Use ORQVION to attack systems, distribute malware, or violate applicable law (including export and sanctions rules).
  • Circumvent device binding, license, quota, rate-limit, or entitlement controls on orqvion.com or your org license server.
  • Upload or process unlawful content, CSAM, or content you have no rights to process through Contact, support, or checkout forms.
  • Resell seats, share device-bound licenses beyond plan limits, or run a public inference proxy using ORQVION entitlements.
  • Misrepresent ORQVION or AI-generated output as human-authored where disclosure is legally required.
  • Treat the license server as a place to archive chat logs or source code — it is metadata and entitlements only.

3. AI output and routing

AI suggestions can be wrong or insecure. You are responsible for reviewing diffs, tests, and production changes before you ship.

Online inference may leave your machine to configured provider APIs. Offline inference stays local when you select OFFLINE or AUTO routes offline. You choose routing mode in Settings; enterprise policy may restrict modes.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend licenses, revoke devices, block checkout, or refuse service for serious or repeated AUP breaches. Enterprise administrators may impose stricter org policy (Ask-only viewers, BYOK/offline gates, sandbox requirements).
