End User License Agreement
License terms for ORQVION Online Beta desktop software and related components.

This End User License Agreement (EULA) covers the ORQVION Desktop application distributed as ORQVION Online Beta, including updates delivered through official channels.
It works together with the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you have a signed enterprise agreement, that agreement controls for conflicting commercial terms.
1. License grant
Subject to payment (if required) and compliance with this EULA, ORQVION grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop software on devices bound to your seat/license.
2. Online Beta
Online Beta is a pre-GA release channel. Features may change. Default routing is AUTO (online first with entitlements and optional BYOK). Offline ORQVION AI + GGUF ships in the same desktop binary and is opt-in under Settings → Advanced Local (llama.cpp — not the Ollama application).
The license server resolves seats and entitlements; it is not a hosted IDE or prompt proxy. Do not rely on Online Beta for claims that contradict honest limits on Features.
3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer except where mandatory law allows, redistribute the installer except as permitted, remove proprietary notices, or use the software to violate the AUP.
4. Ownership
ORQVION and its licensors retain all rights in the software. Your source code remains yours. Generated suggestions are provided as-is; you are responsible for their use.
5. Updates and termination
We may deliver updates. Licenses may expire or be revoked for non-payment, AUP breach, or enterprise admin action. On termination, stop using the software and destroy copies you are not entitled to keep.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Software and online/offline AI features are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, ORQVION disclaims implied warranties. Liability caps in the Terms apply.
7. Governing law
Laws of Pakistan, unless a signed enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
