1. License grant

Payment (if required) اور compliance par: limited، non-exclusive، non-transferable license — devices bound to your seat/license۔

2. Online Beta

Pre-GA channel؛ features change۔ Default AUTO (online first — entitlements + optional BYOK)۔ Offline ORQVION AI + GGUF same binary — opt-in Settings → Advanced Local (llama.cpp؛ Ollama app نہیں)۔ License server seats/entitlements — hosted IDE ya prompt proxy نہیں۔ Features honest limits se contradicting claims par rely نہ کریں۔

3. Restrictions

Reverse engineer (mandatory law except)، unauthorized redistribute، notices remove، AUP violate — not allowed.

4. Ownership

ORQVION rights software میں۔ آپ کا source آپ کا۔ Generated suggestions as-is — use آپ کی responsibility.

5. Updates & termination

Updates deliver ho sakte hain۔ License expire/revoke non-payment، AUP breach، enterprise admin action par۔ Termination par use band؛ unauthorized copies destroy.

6. Disclaimer

Software aur online/offline AI as available۔ Pakistani law max extent implied warranties disclaimed۔ Terms liability caps.

7. Governing law

Pakistan — unless enterprise agreement otherwise.
